About the Artist

My name is Evan Hall.  I am a metal artist currently residing in Jeffersontown, Ky.  I've been into art in one form or another since I was a small child.  I went from winning Christmas card contests in grade school on up to winning a gold key award in the Scholastic Art Competition in high school, and subsequently a scholarship to The Savannah College of Art and Design.  Since then, I was a tattoo artist for ten years and then I found a new form of art, metal art.  Once I learned the basics of welding in 2013, I was hooked.  Metal art has given me a whole new medium to delve into beyond the 2D world of drawing, painting, and tattooing.  The things I make from metal vary greatly, and the versatility of the medium is one of the things that intrigues me about it and drives my desire to continue to explore it.  Thank you for looking at my work, and I hope it brings as much joy to you, the observer, as it does to me.
